UNITED STATES OF AMERICA NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION In the Matter of ENTERGY NUCLEAR OPERATIONS, INC.,
ENTERGY NUCLEAR GENERATION COMPANY, HOLTEC INTERNATIONAL, AND HOLTEC DECOMMISSIONING INTERNATIONAL, LLC Docket No. 50-293-LT 72-1044-LT (Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station)
ORDER The Applicants and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts filed a joint motion for a stay of issuance of a decision in this proceeding (Joint Motion).1 The Joint Motion notes that the parties to this proceeding are deeply engaged in settlement discussions to address, among other things, concerns related to the issues raised in the Commonwealths pending NRC and D.C. Circuit petitions.2 While the discussions continue, the Joint Motion requests that the Commission order the Applicants and Commonwealth to file joint status reports every [ten]
days.3 Pilgrim Watch supports the Joint Motion. In consideration of the Joint Motion, pursuant to my authority under 10 C.F.R. § 2.346(a) and (j), the Applicants and the Commonwealth shall file status reports every ten days as described in paragraph 4 of the Joint Motion.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
