Dear Mr. Pardee:
Thank you for your letter of August 8, 2009 (ML092220502), in response to our July 9, 2009, letter and Notice of Violation regarding the willful violation, by a licensed plant reactor operator, of a Technical Specification required operations procedure associated with watchstanding in the Main Control Room (ML09190002). We will review your reply and the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRC's document system (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web Site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
