))Docket No.50-244 1))APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission

("the Commission"), Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation hereby requests that the Tech-nical Specifications set forth in Appendix A to Provisional Operating license No.DPR-18 be amended.Specifically, Rochester requests that Figure 6.2-1 and Figure 6.2-2 of Technical Specifications be amended to reflect revisions to the station staff and station management organization.

The proposed technical specification changes are set forth in Attachment A to this application.
