REFERENCE:
Reference (a) notified the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) that the name of EDF Development Inc. was changed to EDF Inc. and that EDF International North America Inc. merged into EDF Development Inc.
As verbally requested by Mr. R. V. Guzman (NRC), the pre-name change and post-name change organization charts are provided in Attachment (1). The first chart shows that EDF International North America Inc. was a wholly owned subsidiary of EDF Development Inc. and was not in the path of organizational control regarding the joint venture between Constellation Energy Group, Inc. and EDF Development Inc. The second chart shows that EDF International North America Inc. merged into EDF Development Inc. which, in turn, changed its name to EDF Inc.
