Dear Mr. Naslund:

In our letter to you dated February 21, 2007, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issuedAmendment No. 180 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-30 for the Callaway Plant, Unit 1.

The amendment consisted of changes to the Technical Specifications, in response to yourapplication dated May 30, 2006 (ULNRC-05293), as supplemented by letters dated November 22 and December 19, 2006 (ULNRC-05347 and ULNRC-05353, respectively).Inadvertently, in the amendment, the NRC staff also issued an out-of-date Page 5 of thelicense. Enclosed is a corrected Page 5 of the license with the correct reference to the revised Callaway Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan that implemented NRC Order EA-06-037, which was issued on February 13, 2007.Please replace Page 5 of the license with the enclosed page.
