ORDER Pursuant to my authority under 10 C.F.R. 2.346(b) & (j), I grant Entergy's "Consent Motion . . . for Expedited Commission Approval of Revised Filing Schedule and Applicant's Conforming Request for Extension of Time to File Answer to UWUA Locals' Petition to Intervene" (Feb. 26, 2008). I also postpone Entergy's deadline to answer WestCAN's petition to intervene, pending further order of the Commission. In addition, Entergy's additional request to file pleadings via the NRC's E-filing system solely on the Pilgrim docket for the duration of this matter is granted. This ruling also applies to future filings by the participants with respect to the Indian Point dockets. In essence, I am consolidating all dockets for E-filing purposes under the Pilgrim docket umbrella. All other dockets pertaining to this adjudication that are presently available on the E-filing Adjudicatory
