The proposedalternative was to perform the examinations at the seal cap enclosures until their removal asplanned for completion during the 2013 refueling outage (2RE16). Conference calls were heldbetween STPNOC and the NRC staff on February 14 and February 26, 2013. It was discussedthat the issues in RR-ENG 12 are adequately addressed by the regulatory and licensee actionsdocumented in Reference 2 and STPNOC's commitment provided in Reference 3 to permanentlyremove the remaining seal cap enclosures from the affected components during the Unit 2refueling outage in 2013.
