Sager In the Matter of FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY (Turkey Point Nuclear Generating, Units 3 and 4) Docket Nos. 50-250-LA and 50-251-LA ASLBP No. 15-935-02-LA-BD01 April 14, 2015 ORDER (Scheduling Conference Call) This order hereby provides notice that the Board will convene a conference call on Wednesday, April 29, 2015, at 10:00 am EDT to discuss issues arising from the April 13, 2015 tentative scheduling and case management order, including a review of the schedule and any changes the parties may wish to seek.1 The conference will be conducted via telephone and each party, or the party's authorized representative, shall participate. We expect the conference to take approximately one hour. The Board's law clerk, Matthew Zogby, will contact the parties to provide the telephone number and pass code for the conference. Members of the public or media who wish to listen to the conference should contact Mr. Zogby at 301-415-5880 for the requisite information. It is so ORDERED.
