I J ' f l ____ -Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc. N490 Hwy 42, Kewaunee, WI 54216-9511 August 28, 2017 ATTN: Document Control Desk U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, DC 20555-0001 DOMINION ENERGY KEWAUNEE, INC. KEWAUNEE POWER STATION TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS MANUAL CHANGES P" Energy Serial No. 17.,316 UC/JG/RO Docket No.: 72-64 50-305 License No.: DPR-43 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.71(e), Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc. (DEK) hereby provides a report of changes to the Kewaunee Power Station (KPS) Technical Requirements Manual (TRM) that were implemented without prior NRG approval.

The KPS TRM is a part of the Updated Safety Analyses Report (USAR) by reference and therefore subject to 10 CFR 50.71(e).

DEK previously was similarly required to submit a report of changes to the KPS Technical Specifications (TS) Bases that were implemented without prior NRG approval.

However, that requirement had been contained in TS 5.5.12, "Technical Specifications (TS) Bases Control Program," which was deleted by License Amendment 220 (Reference 1). That amendment also deleted the KPS TS Bases in their entirety.

The attachments provide copies of the TRM pages and TRM current page list reflecting the changes implemented since the last report (March 2016). The changes to the TRM were made in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.59 and approved by the KPS Facility Safety Review Committee.

Please contact Mr. Jack Gadzala at 920-388-8604 if you have questions or require additional information, Stewart J. Yuen Manager, Kewaunee Power Station
