Dear Mr. Hynes:

On June 4, 2014, the NRC administered the generic fundamentals examination (GFE) section of the written operator licensing examination to employees of your facility. Nine applicants took the exam, and eight applicants passed. Enclosed with this letter are copies of the final answer key, the grading results for your facility, and copies of the individual examination answer sheets for each of your employees and NRC comments, if any. Please forward the results to the individuals along with the copies of their respective answer sheets.
