Subsequent to that submittal, the investigation revealed additional information necessary for the understanding of the event. This response provides that information in responding to Part C of the violation. The responses to Parts A and B of the violation are unchanged with the exception minor wording changes and the updating of Section 3, Corrective Actions that Will Be Taken, to reflect the current status. Revisions have been indicated with a side bar. Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.201, OPPD acknowledges the violations occurred and a response to . the NOV is provided in the enclosure to this letter.
