Bannister) to NRC Document Control Desk (DCD) dated May 24, 2012 (LlC-12-0051) NRC Inspection Report 05000285/2012010, Supplemental Response to the Reply to a Notice of Violation (NOV); EA-12-023 By letter dated May 24, 2012, Omaha Public Power District, submitted the Fort Calhoun Station required 30-day reply to Notice of Violation; Enforcement Action EA-12-023. Subsequent to that submittal, the investigation revealed additional information necessary for the understanding of the event. This response provides that information in responding to Part C of the violation. The responses to Parts A and B of the violation are unchanged with the exception minor wording changes and the updating of Section 3, Corrective Actions that Will Be Taken, to reflect the current status. Revisions have been indicated with a side bar. Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.201, OPPD acknowledges the violations occurred and a response to . the NOV is provided in the enclosure to this letter.
