FORT CALHOUN STATION, UNIT NUMBER 1 - NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING AND REQUEST FOR COMMENTS ON REVIEW OF LICENSE AMENDMENT REQUEST TO ADD A LICENSE CONDITION TO INCLUDE LICENSE TERMINATION PLAN REQUIREMENTS - (EPID L-2021-LIT-0000)

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has forwarded the enclosed notice of public meeting and request for comment to the Office of the Federal Register for publication. This notice relates to your application dated August 3, 2021 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML21271A178), as supplemented on January 13, 2022 (ML22034A602), which transmitted a request for a license amendment to add a condition to the license to include the requirements of a License Termination Plan for the Fort Calhoun Station, Unit 1.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding, of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of NRCs ADAMS.
