Note: The transformer and its anchorage are different from what isshown in drawing E15A-8, Rev. EO. This is due to the replacement ofthe transformer per EC 0000016677, Rev. 0.6. Based on the above anchorage evaluations, is the anchorage free of YE NEl UL-potentially adverse seismic conditions?
Interaction Effects7. Are soft targets free from impact by nearby equipment or structures?
The Unistrut supporting conduits X1200 and A 3025 above X55 has twoanchors with nuts that are not fully engaged.
The engagement isgreater than 75% in both cases, and this is judged to be adequate todevelop the full strength of the anchor. Therefore, this is not considered a potential seismic interaction.

YZ NEI UE] N/AE7(Note: This question only applies if the item is one of the 50% for whichan anchorage configuration verification is required.)
The anchor configuration matches drawings E15A3 E2, E15A-8 EO,E15A-7 and the SEWs package, detail 3/3. Two additional bolts werenoted for the connection of the panel to the channel.
The design incalculation C15.0.3059 specifies 3/16" fillet welds, which also exists atthe connection, therefore, the bolts are extra and the configuration isacceptable.
: 6. Based on the above anchorage evaluations, is the anchorage free of YZ NEI UE]potentially adverse seismic conditions?
Interaction Effects7. Are soft targets free from impact by nearby equipment or structures?
Unistrut supporting conduit was noted to be within an inch of the top ofthe cabinet.
This is acceptable based on minimal vertical displacement of the cabinet during a seismic event. Panel is also touching thecolumn! wall on the right side. This is acceptable, as the cabinet doesnot contain essential relays and is therefore not prone to chatter.8. Are overhead equipment, distribution

Area walk-by is AWC-018.Follow-up internal visual inspection performed on 4/18/13.
Maintenance of the transformer was inprogress at the time of inspection (W0296640).
Four cables were intentionally de-terminated atthis time, refer to photo below. All fasteners were in place with no signs of any being loose. No loose or missing items were identified.
No potentially adverse seismic interactions were identified.

-CR-PNP-2013-1195 initiated for loose nut on hanger P210A discharge.
Bolt is in place, nut is 75%engaged.
This condition was determined by SWE team to not represent an adverse seismicinteraction/concern.
-Jam nut on a pipe clamp below 19-HO-186 is approximately 50% engagement but tight, the clamp isnot connected to anything (see photo below)-Rolling portable stair near 19-HO-165 is free to roll but not near safety related equipment and has arelatively low weight!mass, therefore acceptable.
-Conduit R1072 pull fitting cover only one bolt hanging open. There are no wires in the conduit, therefore conduit is secure and acceptable with one bolt.-Panel A-10 has only one screw holding the cover on, but is acceptable (see photo below)-CR-PNP-2013-1201 initiated for rod hanger for 1" copper demin. line detached at clamp at top of rod, above! north of 19-HO- 166. The next support is approximately 3' downstream, 7' upstream.
Thiscondition was determined by SWE team to not represent an adverse seismic interaction/concern.
-CR-PNP-2013-1205 initiated for 1" copper instrument air line sagging approximately 6" near valve 31-HO-255 in overhead above mesh entry door to room. This condition was determined by SWE team tonot represent an adverse seismic interaction/concern.

A small fraction of the lower washers and anchor bolts come belowthe tab. The amount is insignificant, and the bolts are judged tosecurely anchor the panel to the wall, so this is not considered anadverse condition.

SWELI-098 is on AWC-017.Follow-up internal inspection performed on 1/9/13:-Observed one missing screw on upper left comer of circuit board at back of panel. Circuit board hasvery low weight/mass and was adequately supported by the remaining 5 screws. Not a seismicinteraction hazard. Screw was replaced by ELAB mechanic that provided access to the panel.-No other loose or missing fasteners or adverse conditions observed.

-CR-PNP-2013-1195 initiated for loose nut on hanger P210A discharge.

The next support is approximately 3' downstream, 7' upstream.

Thiscondition was determined by SWE team to not represent an adverse seismic interaction/concern.
