| | On February 5-6, 2014, during the 611 th meeting of the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards (the Committee), the Committee completed its review of the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant (Monticello) license amendment request to allow operation in the expanded Maximum Extended Load Line Limit Analysis Plus (MELLLA+) operating domain under extended power uprate conditions, as well as the associated safety evaluation report prepared by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff. |
