Exercisetermination isexpectedtotakeplaceatapproximately 1400onMay9,1995.Theintentoftheexerciseistodemonstrate thatthesevariousemergency responseorganizations (EROs)areadequately trainedtoimplement theircorresponding emergency plansandprocedures fromtheirrespective emergency'response facilities (ERFs)..Itwillalsoservetodemonstrate theirability.to effectively:coordinate their'.activities.

Thisscenariohasbeendesignedtoprovideampleopportunity forallparticipating organizations tomeettheirobjectives.

Itprogesses throughallfouremergency classifications insuchawaythatsufficient timeisspentateachclassification.to allowobjective-related decisionmakingandactionstotakeplaceandforaneffective turnovertotakeplaceattheEOF.However,~.'hroughinnovations intheuse.ofsimulator
