1.3     Transformers, switchyard, and transmission lines are very vulnerable to storms, and total loss of of f-site power should be anticipated and prepared for. Other equipment and structures in the out side areas are likely to be damaged and all possible precautionary measures should be taken.

2.0     SYMPTOMS 2.1     A storm warning is in effect. Notification may be from either the Load Dispatcher (who is required to notify GGNS of severe weather) or any other available source.
