4.4 If determined by the Refueling Floor Supervisor that the Refueling Floor is a high radiation area, and nothing can be done to lower the radiation levela, evacuate all personnel.
Notify Shif t Supervisor or Shif t Superintendent.
4.5 Notify Health Physics.

5.1 If high radiation level was caused from high airborne activity from

5.2 If directed by the Shif t Supervisor / Superintendent, implement Emergency Plan Procedure 10-S-01-1, Activation of the Emergency Plan.
5.3 If high airborne radiation levels exists in the containment, ensure both Containment Cooling Charcoal Filter Trains are in service.
5.4 If fission products have been released into one of the pools isolated at least one of the two fuel transfer tube isolation valves if possible.
This will prevent fission product migration into other pools.

5.5 If the high radiation was due to a fuel handling accident, an investigation should be conducted to prevent re-occurrence.
5.6 If ventiilation systems have been isolated, return them to service when the activity level is suitable as determined by Health Physics and the Shift Superintendent.
