1.0 PURPOSE / DISCUSSION 1.1 This procedure provides instruction to the operator in the event one or both RPS Buses are deenergized.

1.2 This procedure may interface with the Emergency Plan and the Emergency Procedures.

1.3 The raactor protection buses each have two power supplies. The preferred sources of power are the two motor generators. The alternate source for RPS Bus "A" is MCC 15B42 and for RPS Bus "B" is MCC 16B42.

The loss of one RPS Bus will cause half of the coincidence circuit to de-energize. The loss of both RPS Buses will result in a direct reactor scram with isolat ions.

2.0 SYMPTOMS 2.1 RPS A and C Trip Unit 00 file or power fail annunciators.

2.2 RPS B and D Trip Unit 00 file or power fail annunciators.

2.3 DIV 1 and 3 white scram solenoid indicating lights out.....

2.4 DIV 2 and 4 white scram solenoid indicating lights out.

2.5 Reactor scram trip annunciator.

.... ~.

4.6 Manual scram trip annunciator.

2.7 All rods insert.to 00 (Both RPS buses).

2.8 Generator "A" Notmal feed available light out on panel lH13-P610.

I 2.9 Generator "B" Normtl feed available light out on panel IH13-P610.

2.10 All reactor protection system trip annunciators (Both RPS buses).

2.!! All radiation monitor system trip annunciators (Both RPS buses).

3.0 AUTOMATIC ACTIONS 3.1 All control rods fully insert (Both RPS buses) t 3.2 Group I, III, VI, VIII and X Isolat ions actuate.
