3.1 TSV closure 3.2 TCV ramp closed 3.3 Reactor scram if > 30% power.

3.4 Auto start on Auxiliary Oil Pump at 1350 RPM, and Shaft Lif t Pump at 510 RPM.

3.5 Turbine Turning Gear MOV's Open at 210 RPM.

3.6 Primary water standstill pump auto starts.

3.7 Recire. pump shif t to low fre'quency M-G.

3.8 Bypass valves open if vacuum > 12" Hg.

3.9 Generator Output Breakers Open on Generator Trip, or Reverse Power _ after 7

'5 second time delay.

4.0 IMMEDIATE OPERATOR ACTIONS 4.1 Verify automatic actions.

4.2 If a scram occurred, complete ONEP 05-1-02-I-1, Reactor Scram.

4.3 Verify turbine bearing oil is maintained during coastdown.

4.4 If a reactor scram did not occur (power < 30%), be prepared for a reactor power increase due to decreasing feedwater temperature. Control reactor power as necessary to prevent a scram.
