Initial leak rate calculations for TMI-1 at normal operating pressure indi-cate an RCS leak rate of 0.1 - 0.2 gallons per minute. Primary to secondary leakage appears to be 0.80 - 0.85 gallons per hour. This is a small fraction of technical specification limits for primary to secondary leakage of 1 gal-lon per minute.                          .

Primary to secondary leakage appears to be 0.80 - 0.85 gallons per hour. This is a small fraction of technical specification limits for primary to secondary leakage of 1 gal-lon per minute.
