REQUEST FOR INVESTIGATION NO Rlli-87-09: BIG ROCK POINT in my September 4, 1987, memo sent in response to your Request for Investigation of an alleged valve tampering incident at the Big Rock Point Nuclear Plant, 1 indicated that 01 would hold your Request in abeyance until the FBI determined their course of action on this matter.
