July 29, 1987 Request for Investigation The July 29, 1987 Request for Investigation pertained to a valve tampering incident at the Big Rock Point Nuclear Plant.

Enclosed is a copy of a FBI memorandum from the Detroit Field Office to FBI Headquarters in which the incident is summarized.
