April 20, 1987 Memorandum, Same Subject The referenced memorandum forwarded an allegation of vaive tampering and possible record falsification following the identification of-the suspected tampering at the Big Rock Point Plant.
The enclosed memorandun is forwarded in order to keep your staf f informed of the developments in this allegation case.
Also, the interview of the alleger is now scheduled for Monday, May 4, 1987, in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
