This letter confirms the conversation between Mr. Doug McKinney of your staff and myself onAugust 8, 2007, concerning a Category 1 public meeting, being conducted at your request, which has been scheduled for September 12, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. (EDT). The meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed.
