Therefamiliarization programshallincludereviewof:(1)Procedural changes(2)Iicensechanges(3)Plantsystemmodifications (4)'lantincidents Thecompletion oftherefamiliarization programshallincludewrittenandoralexaminations todocumentthatthelicenseeisup-to-date andfamiliarwiththeplant.TheTrainingCoordinator shalldocumentthesatisfactory completion oftherefamiliarization programbythelicenseeandtheNRCshallbenotifiedofthisfact.4.7Emergency Procedures maybereviewedbyclassroom lecture,on-shiftdiscussion orindividual study.Theseprocedures shallbereviewedtwiceeachyearanddocumented ontheEmergency Procedure Reviewacknowledge sheets.

5.Sl1ULATORTRAINING5.1Simulator trainingmaybeusedtodemonstrate skilland/orfamiliarity withreactivity controlsystemstomeettherequirements of10CFR55,AppendixA,paragraphs 3aand3b,ifthesimulator reproduces thegeneraloperating characteristics ofGinnaStationandthearrangement oftheinstrumentation andcontrolsofthesimulator issimilar.Underthesameconditions thesimulator maybeusedforreactivity manipulations foremergency orabnormalconditions.

5.2Theprocedures usedduringsimulator trainingshallbeR.E.GinnaOperating andEmergency Procedures asapplicable.

5.3Uponreturnfromsimulator trainingandpriortoperforming licenseddutiesatGinna,thelicensedoperatorshallbegivenanoralminiexamontheGinnacontrolboardtodemonstrate familiarity withtheGinnacontrols.

Thisexamshallbeconducted byalicensedindividual selectedbytheTrainingCoordinator.

5.4Th'eaccomplishment ofsimulator trainingandfamiliarity demonstration shallbedocumented.

6.,OTHERTRAININGTECHNIQUES 6.1Alternate trainingsuchasvideotapes,filmsandothertrainingaidsmaybeusedtosupplement classroom lectures.
