The amendment numbers were inadvertently left off the technical specification pages. The replacement technical specification pages are enclosed. Cooling water temperature supplied to the plant from the CSCS 10l°F. C. Required Action and associated Completion Time of Condition A not met. CSCS pond inoperable for reasons other than Condition A. LaSalle land 2 A .1 B.l C.l C.2 REQUIRED ACTION Restore CSCS pond to OPERABLE status. Perform SR 3.7.3.1. Be in MODE 3. Be in MODE 4.
