| Safety Conscious Work Environment Assessment OCONEE NUCLEAR STATION

| * In August 2020 NRC inspectors assessed the Safety Conscious Work Environment within the Operations Department
| |
| * NRC inspectors concluded that warning signs existed in the Operations Department that were indicative of a degraded Safety Conscious Work Environment.
| |
| * Once the licensee completes their corrective actions, NRC will conduct a follow-up assessment to determine whether the actions taken are adequate.
