ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING BOARD  
On October 9, 2018, the Board issued an order that provided the sequence of oral arguments to be presented on December 4, 2018 in Homestead, Florida.1 On November 14, 2018, the Board issued an order that identified topics counsel should be prepared to address at oral argument.2 On November 16, 2018, the NRC Staff filed a letter to the Board requesting a change to the sequence of arguments to be presented.3 Having received no objections to the NRC Staffs request, we make the following revisions to the sequence of oral arguments:
 
: 1. The Board will first hear argument on the applicability vel non of 10 C.F.R. § 51.53(c)(3) to subsequent license renewal applications.
