(DNC) submitted for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) amendment to revise Technical Specification (TS) 3/4.4.3, Reactor Coolant System Relief Valves, for Millstone Power Station Unit 2. The proposed amendment would revise Surveillance Requirement (SR) 4.4.3.2 to remove the requirement to perform the quarterly surveillance for a pressurizer power-operated relief valve (PORV) block valve that is being maintained closed in accordance with TS 3.4.3 Action a.
