Shayan, Thank you for the quality check on the SE and noting the two discrepancies. The NRC staff acknowledges the identified errors as described in your message.

The errors do not change the safety evaluation basis and conclusion, and do not affect the issued technical specification pages; therefore, a written correction letter will not be warranted. Please consider this e-mail communication as the staffs confirmed acknowledgement and response to the identified errors.

Thank you, Rich Guzman Sr. PM, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Office: O-9C7 l Phone: (301) 415-1030 Richard.Guzman@nrc.gov From: Shayan.Sinha@dominionenergy.com <Shayan.Sinha@dominionenergy.com>

Rich, Dominion has reviewed the SE for the subject Amendment (MPS2/3 TSTF-359 LAR), and has noted two discrepancies below:
1. Page 6, Section 2.1.4, Variations from TSTF-359 proposed for MPS2 and MPS3, bullet # 3, it is noted in last complete sentence on the page that MPS2/3 LCO refer to RG 1.182 The highlighted should be RG 1.160.
2. Page 7, Section 2.2, Regulatory Review, it is noted in the second paragraph that LCOs for MPS2 and MPS 3 are contained in Sections 3/4.1 through 3/4.12.

However, the MPS2/3 TS only contain Sections 3/4.1 through 3/4.10.

If any of these comments require clarification, please let me know.

Thanks, Shayan
