Docket Nos. 50-335A, 50-250A and 50-251A.
Dear Nr. Jablon:
1 received your letter of October 20, which is attached, after the close of business yesterday.
Florida Power 6 Light Company will object to any effort to "lodge" evidentiary material with the Commission or the Licensing Board in any of the proceedings which are now pending before the NRC. None of the proceedings referenced in the caption to your letter are at a stage where evidence would properly be received. Moreover, even if evidentiary proceedings were in progress, evidentiary material would properly be sponsored by sworn witnesses, not "lodged" through a pleading..
I request that, if you decide nonetheless to file such a motion, the motion be filed without its being accompanied by the material in question, so that the Commission or Licensing Board may decide whether to receive the material without being presented with a fait accompli.

Dear Lon:
I am planning to move to lodge with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission portions of Gordon Taylor's testimony in the FERC Vero Beach proceeding, and documents 8280954 et. sece., 8280958 et. ~se ., 8254384 et. sece., f!281505 et.
sece., !3242627, 8273006, and I'3212164 et. ~se . The motion will not be filed before Monday, October 24, 1977.
It is my opinion that there can be no possible objection to lodging these documents: However, in the event that FPSL might choose to protest, I am giving you advance notice.
Since I have been out of town, I had asked Dan Guttman to give you notice by telephone, but apparently your telephone calls have missed each other. Therefore, I am corresponding by letter.
Best wishes.
