OF FLORIDA POWER 6 LIGHT COMPANY TO "MOTION TO WITHDRAW AND NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF THE CITY OF DAYTONA'EACH, FLORIDA" On August 5, 1977, the City of Daytona Beach, Florida, filed motions "to withdraw its participation" in the above-captioned proceedings.

Applicant notes that the instant motion is unconditional and does not request that Daytona Beach be allowed to participate in these proceedings indirectly as a

member of the Florida Muncipal Utilit'ies Association.

"/ Such a request was recently made in the "Motion of the City of Quincy to Withdraw From Thes'e Dockets as an Individually Named Party", filed July 18, 1977.

Applicant filed its response to the motion of the City of Quincy on July 26, 1977.

Applicant does not oppose the motion of the City of Daytona Beach.
