OF THE C TY OF DAYTONA BEACH ~ FLORIDA On August 5, 1977, the City of Dayton'a Beach, Florida, filed motions "to withdraw its participation" in the above-captioned proceedings. Applicant notes that the instant motion is unconditional and does not request that Daytona Beach be allowed to participate in these proceedings indirectly as a 4/

member of the Florida Muncipal Utilities Association.

"/ Such a request was recently made in the "Motion of the City of Quincy to Withdraw From These Dockets as an IndividuallytoNamed Party", filed July 18, 1977. Applicant filed its response the motion of the City of Quincy on July 26, 1977.

Applicant does not oppose the motion of the City of Daytona Beach.
