February 1, 2024 MEMORANDUM TO THE PARTIES IN: FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT CO.

(Turkey Point Nuclear Generating Units 3 and 4)

Docket Nos. 50-250-SLR-2, 50-251-SLR-2 This is to inform the parties that Chair Christopher T. Hanson toured the Turkey Point Nuclear Generating Units closed-loop cooling canal system on Monday, January 29, 2024. This was a routine visit. The Chair did not engage in any substantive discussion during the visit about any of the issues that have been raised in the ongoing adjudicatory proceeding for the proposed subsequent license renewal for Turkey Point Nuclear Generating Units 3 and 4.

On the same date, the Chair met with representatives from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union No. 359. This meeting focused on issues of general interest and did not include any substantive discussion of contested issues.
