My request for reimbursement for NRC payments as outlined in that communication is based on substandard performance of the obligated agency's duties. I noticed that my letter was recently posted on ADAMS (ML 19030A5 81 ); thus, I assume a NRC representative is currently evaluating and formulating a response.
