I don't know the specific date of it. It was when people that worked for me had went to him and he couldn't any longer address their concerns.

It was up to our management to address his concerns, and the direct chain of command. That's the only thing that he's ever relayed to me as far as --(b)(7)(C)

Jt just -- it didn't -- I think the intent of it was -- it was viewed as not being helpful from him, I mean, from other -- from (b)(7)(C) -and other people, it was kind of -- the intent was taken the wrong way. That's the way it was viewed.I (b)(7)(C)
