The NRC's claim that "safety is their highest priority" is clearly nothing more than misleading rhetoric designed to lull a trusting population into accepting a potential nuclear nightmare" If this is true, I can't believe that the NRC is not taking in account major earthquakes in deciding whether to restart SONGS. Please use common sense in your decision -don't hide behind red tape in doing the right thingl Don't experiment on the people who live ciose to SONGS -Edison doesn't have enough insurance to cover a failed experiment in turning on their flawed power plant.One person needs to be responsible for this potential fiasco. We will not let the blame be pushed around -you as the head of the NRC will be held personally responsible.
