REVIEW 0F NRC ACTIVITIES WITH TVA Please note the attached memo from Chairman Palladino.

To follow through on the Chairman's request, I would like the TVA Management Team to provide me the chronology requested by the Chairman and your reflection on it from a lessons learned perspective.

You may provide this to me at an appropriate time prior to dissolution of the Team.

I particularly do not wish this task to affect the work for which the Team is chartered. Please advise me of the completion date you recommend.

On receipt of your response, I will decide how to proceed in development of a full response to the Chairman's memo.
