This is in response to your letter dated January 31, 1986, in which you appealed Mr. Donnie H. Grimsley's letter dated December 24, 1985, which partially denied your Freedom of Information Act (F0IA) request for documents 1
concerning your client's exposure to radiation at the Clinton Power Station on May 29, 1985.
Acting on your appeal, I have carefully reviewed the record in this case and have determined that some additional information can be provided to you.
Therefore, your appeal is partially granted and partially denied.
I have determined that documents one and two listed on the enclosed appendix may now be made publicly available. These two documents are enclosed.

Document three on the enclosed Appendix is still being withheld from public 3

disclosure pursuant to Exemption (6) of the FOIA (5 U.S.C. 552(b)(6)) and 10 CFR 9.5(a)(6) n' the Commission's regulations. This document consists of the I
name, home address, e.nd home telephone number of an individual, other than your client, who was present in the area of the incident.
I am unable to identify any legitimate public interest in the disclosure of this individual's identity which outweighs the individual's privacy interest.
This is a final agency action. As set forth in the FOIA (5 U.S.C.
552(a)(4)(B)), judicial review of this decision is available in a district court of the United States in either the district in which your client resides, has his principal place of business, or in the District of Columbia.
