As a result of discussions on June 7, July 7, and August 24, 2022, with the NRC staff on the ongoing LACBWR FSS report review, an error was identified in the release record for the Waste Treatment Building (WTB) Excavation (Survey Unit L1-010-101C related to judgmental sample L1-010-101-FJ-GS-C16-SB). The sample result shows a concentration of 154 pCi/g of Cesium-137, which was determined to be a typographical error based on LaCrosseSolutionss determination that scans of the excavation slopes performed on September 12, 2017, identified no elevated areas.
