The Region I Field Office, NRC Office of Investigations (OI), initiated an investigation (Case No.
1-2021- 019 on September 22, 2021, to determine whether a Nuclear Technician was discriminated against for having raised a safety concern. Based on the evidence developed during the investigation, OI did not substantiate that the Nuclear Technician was discriminated against for having raised a safety concern.
