| The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) plans to issue an amendment to revise Fermi Nuclear Power Plant, Unit 2 (Fermi 2) technical specifications (TS) in response to DTE Electric Companys following proposed amendment request.

| DTEs amendment request, dated October 28, 2020, is publicly available in the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) at Accession No. ML20302A480.

| It appears that a copy of the amendment request was also ccd by DTE to Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy.
