l Technical Specification Changes to Incorporate Reporting Requirements OPPD's application of November 18, 1983 (Reference 2) was submitted to amend the Fort Calhoun Station Technical Specifications subsequent to the NRC's issuance of 10 CFR 50.72 and 10 CFR 50.73. This application was subsequently revised in References 3 and 4. Telephone conversations between your staff and OPPD personnel relative to Reference 4 have necessitated the attached revi-sions. Accordingly, please find enclosed forty (40) copies of the revised Technical Specifications and discussion. This information is intended to super-cede Reference 4 in its entirety. OPPD believes that the proposed changes are responsive to your staff's concerns and NRC Generic Letter 83-43. If you have any additional questions concerning this matter, please do not hesitate to contact us.
