Commission"), Omaha Public Power District, holder of Facility Operating' License No. DPR-40, _

, herewith requests that Technical Specifications set forth in the Appendix A of the Facility Operating License be amended to relocate (1) the cycle-specific " Shutdown Margin With Ta>210 F" value, (2) the cycle-specific negative " Moderator Temperature Coefficient" limit value, and (3) the cycle-specific figure representing the Minimum Boric Acid Storage Tank (BAST) Level versus Stored BAST Concentration to the Core Operating Limits Report. The proposed amendment applies for.
j Cycle 19 operation and for all cycles thereafter.

The proposed changes to Technical Specifications are provided in Attachment A to this Application.

l A Discussion, Justification, and No Significant Hazards Consideration Analysis, which demonstrates l
l that the proposed' changes do_ not involve significant hazards considerations, is appended in
- Attachment B.l The proposed changes to Appendix A, Technical Specifications of the Facility Operating License would not authorize any change in the types or any increase in the amounts of effluents or any change in the authorized power level of the facility.
. WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that Appendix A of the Facility Operating License be amended hereto as Attachment A.
