LER System Technical Specifications The Omaha Public Power District has revised its November 18, 1983 application for amendment regarding the LER System,10 CFR 50.73.

The revision was pre-pared utilizing guidelines provided in Generic Letter 83-43.

In accordance with Reference (2), please find attached forty (40) copies of the revised Technical Specifications and discussion. This revision is inten-ded to replace, in its entirety, that p.ortion of the original application for amendment regarding the LER System Technical Specifications.
