Gray File +4 EButcher The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 99 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-40 for the Fort Calhoun Station, Unit No. 1..-This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated November 18, 1983 as superseded and clarified by letters dated June 17, 1985 and July 8, 1986.
The amendment changes the Technical Specifications to incorporate'the-requirements of 10 CFR 50.72 and 10 CFR 50.73.
A copy of the Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The notice of issuance will be included in the Commission's next regular bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
