Potential Hearing on Davis Besse Enforcement Chris Nolan from OE stopped up to inform the EDO's office that OE was contacted by the attorney of the Individual who received an Order as part of the Davis Besse Enforcement action. In addition to asking questions, the attorney indicated the individual's intent to request a hearing on the Order.
