SUBJECT: AEROTEST OPERATIONS, INC. - U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION SECURITY INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-228/2015-202

Dear Ms. Warren:

From August 18-19, 2015, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) conducted a security inspection at your Aerotest Radiography and Research Reactor facility. The enclosed report documents the results of that inspection, which were discussed on August 19, 2015, with you and Mr. Alfredo Meren, Manager of Reactor Operations.

The inspection examined activities conducted under your license as they relate to security and compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations, implementation of site specific compensatory measures, and compliance with the conditions of your license. The inspector reviewed selected procedures and records, observed activities, and interviewed personnel. Based on the results of this inspection, no findings of noncompliance were identified.

In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Section 2.390, "Public Inspections, exemptions and requests for withholding," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the NRC's document system (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS)). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room). However, because of the security-related items contained in the enclosure, and in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d), a copy of this letter's enclosure will not be available for public inspection. NOTE: Document transmitted herewith contains security-related information. When separated from enclosure, this document is decontrolled.
