d 2-AP-22.6 Page 4 of 4 11-29-79 Initials 5.0 Long Term Operator Action NOTE: When level in emergency condensate storage tank reaches 9 feet (37.3* as read on LI-CN-200 in control room) or when suction pressure to aux feed water pumps reaches 4 psig, cor_mence filling the emergency condensate storage tank.

NOTE: Required lineup in modes 1, 2, 3, and 4 is 2-FW-P-2 is lined up to 2-RC-E-1A steam generator.

5.1 Close TV-MS-211A and TV-MS-211B steam supplies to 2-FW-P-2.

The control switches must be in auto if in MODES 1, 2, 3 or 4.

5.2 Close or verify 2-FW-317 is closed and locked (discharge to MOV header.

5.3 Close or verify 2-FW-157 is closed and locked (discharge to HCV header.

5.4 Verify that 2-MS-18 is open from 2-RC-E-1A, 2-MS-57 is open from 2-RC-E-1B and 2-MS-95 is open from 2-RC-E-IC. (Steam supplies to 2-FW-P-2).

5.5 Verify open MOV-FW 200B, 200D and HCV-FW-200C (Normal Auxiliary Feedwater Pump Lineup).

5.6 As required, make-up to 2-CN-TK-1 as required.
