Enclosed is a copy of the Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact related to your application for an exemption dated January 29, 2015 (Agency-wide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession Number ML15029A334), supplemented June 8, 2015 (ML15159A745) with respect to the Holtec International, Inc. (Holtec) HI-STORM 100 multi-purpose canister (MPC)-68M. The proposed action would allow loading and storage of a single Dresden Nuclear Power Station (DNPS) Unit 1 thoria rod canister containing 18 DNPS Unit 1 thoria rods in a Holtec Hi-Storm 100 MPC-68M.
